 Fall is my favorite time of year. The crisp air, colorful leaves, sweaters, boots, scarfs, pumpkins, MY BIRTHDAY, I could go on. How have I gone this long without Apple Cider Sangria? I love making different sangrias. There is something about adding fresh ingredients to something I already have a passion for: wine! For a graduation party, I made a grapefruit sangria. It was huge hit. I think my dad drank half of the batch.  So gather your ingredients, pour a glass and snuggle up someone special!

Apple Cider Sangria

YIELD: SERVES 4-6

PREP TIME: 10 MINUTES

TOTAL TIME: 10 MINUTES

Doubling this batch is strongly encouraged :)

ingredients:

1 bottle of pinot grigio
2 1/2 cups fresh apple cider
1 cup club soda
1/2 cup ginger brandy (regular brandy can be used, but the ginger brandy is amazing)
3 honey crisp apples, chopped
3 pears, chopped

directions:
